Clint joined the legal department of American Stores Properties, Inc. in 1995, where he drafted and negotiated subleases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, common area maintenance agreements, license agreements, SNDAs, and other real estate documents, for Lucky, Acme, Jewel, Osco, Sav-on and Super Saver sites. At American Stores, Clint focused on the disposition of surplus retail properties, as well as special projects for the leasing/licensing of in-store spaces for uses such as banks, restaurants, retail sales kiosks, and telecommunications antennas.
When Albertson's acquired American Stores in 1999, Clint joined Geyer & Miller, LLC, where his primary role was to assist the founding partners on new Albertson's, Osco, Sav-on, Acme and Bristol Farms projects. Since then, Clint's practice has expanded to include representation of a number of retailers and developers. Although Clint remains focused on retail development, he has also been involved with office leasing and the formation of several business entities.
